I've been reading all the posts on this issue with HP 3D Drive Guard. The error showed up on my new PC when I finished with all the windows 10 updates through April. I chatted online with an HP Tech and was told to uninstall the Drive Guard and that was it. He said the newer PCs were configured to not need it anymore. I uninstalled and removed the accelerometer from the startup and have had no issues. BUT I'm wondering if I need to reinstall the version from all the posts. IF it is configured to not need it, why was it installed? Suggestions?
